After Court testimony and an ongoing investigation, assisted by private investigation firm Rick Johnson & Associates, revealed more culprits in the corporate espionage scheme, the original lawsuit was amended to include David Weidenbach of Collective Supply, who was instrumental in illegally enticing High Supply employees to provide him and his team with sensitive and proprietary corporate data. Racketeering claims have also been subsequently filed under the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act against a total of 12 defendants. (See Article from April 2016)

Rick Johnson is an incredible Private Investigator! I had no idea what to expect and was so appreciative of everything he did! I contacted him about a personal matter of suspected infidelity of my boyfriend. We had been working at starting a life together after his previous divorce and working through a long distance relationship. Many things didn’t seem to add up. I recently contacted Rick Johnson about two separate matters because I thought I should hire a private investigator for these complex issues. Rick responded very quickly, chatted with me via phone to talk through both issues. In the end, Rick didn’t think a PI would be the right option for either issue at the present time. But he took the time to hear me out, give me his advice, and he provided sound counsel even though it meant I wouldn’t hire him yet. The fact that he took so much time to give me his advice, and the fact that he didn’t want me to spend money on his services speaks volumes about his integrity. And from our conversations I came away with a better perspective. I may end up needing the services of a PI for these cases in the near or even distant future, and I may not. But if I do, I won’t hesitate to hire him, without even considering anyone else. Expert advice, sound judgment, concern for my welfare, and high integrity. If you need the services of a PI, go straight to Rick.

It took me over a year to decide to have my husband followed. He had assured me over the past 4 years that he wasn’t having an affair and I believed him. On his last business trip to Colorado (where his girlfriend lives), I finally decided to have him followed.
